Anjali’s expertise covers both commercial property transactions, including buying/selling, granting leases and assignments, as well as residential conveyancing. She deals with the transfers of property from individuals to limited companies.

Anjali also assists clients with Landlord and Tenant issues including, but not limited to, possession claims and arrears of rent.

She has assisted in planning applications by drafting S106 Agreements/Unilateral Undertakings.

Additionally, Anjali offers will-writing services, ensuring clients’ estate planning needs are handled with care and precision.
