Nichola qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer over ten years ago and worked at two large City firms before joining a niche property law firm in Belgravia where she spent 14 years before leaving to start a family.

Nichola specialises in residential conveyancing and has particular experience of complex multi layered leasehold titles and, in particular, is familiar with the large London Estates including Grosvenor and Cadogan.

She is active in her local community where she has been a Parish Councillor for eight years, the last three, of which, she has been elected as Chairman.
